45 square meter freeze dryer with automatic slot door. Use of two gaskets for operation ensures full penetration SIP for the freeze drying gasket. The outer gasket is used during SIP and EPDM inner "O" ring gasket is used during drying under low pressure conditions. During SIP the sterilizing gas bathes the entire surface of the inner freeze drying gasket ensuring sterility during vacuum freeze drying.

Orbitally welded and boroscopically examined and videotaped welds with weldmaps provide an automatic WIT system that is unbeatable.
